It refers to the lack of evidenceofintelligent aliens despite the size of the Galaxy and the probability that life should exist elsewhere in our Galaxy.
Enrico Fermi famously raised this problem about 60 years ago.
A fermi gas is a model from quantum mechanics first proposed by Fermi. A neutron star is said to be an example of a Fermi gas, and that would indeed be a dangerous place.

In terms of science, 1 nano metre =1.0 × 10-9 metres. and 1 fermi = 1e-30 square meters
The Fermi level represents the highest occupied energy state in a system at absolute zero temperature. As temperature increases, the distribution of electrons around this level changes. Impurities within the system can also shift the Fermi level, depending on their type and concentration, by introducing new energy states within the band gap of the material.
The Fermi energy of a metal like sodium can be calculated using the formula: ( E_F = \frac{{h^2}}{{2m}} \left( \frac{{3n}}{{8\pi}} \right)^{2/3} ), where ( h ) is the Planck constant, ( m ) is the electron mass, and ( n ) is the number density of electrons in the metal. By substituting the values of these constants and known properties of sodium into the formula, you can calculate the Fermi energy.

fermi paradox is very confusing. We can not explain that Paradox.
I am sure there are lots of questions from Fermi, but I'll bet you mean the Fermi Paradox, which asks, "If there are ETs, where are they?" What he meant by this, is that the time to completely colonize the galaxy is very small compared to the age of the galaxy, so there should be ETs here if they exist at all!" So where are they--or alternatively what is wrong with this idea? For more on this please search "Fermi Paradox".

Opinion: in your imagination. Another opinion: This is something Enrico Fermi famously asked, several decades ago. It's usually called "Fermi's Paradox". If the Universe is so big it seems strange we have not detected any definite evidence of aliens. There has been a lot written about this. I suggest you search for "Fermi's Paradox".
the fermi paradox is most important. This paradox explains us many things.
