Since Antarctica is at the South Pole, and all of the time zones have a common point there, logically, there would be a part of Antarctica that would occupy each of the time zones simultaneously. The better question would be "in what time zone is the South Pole itself?"

What is the time difference between Antarctica and the UK?

It depends on your location in Antarctica. Some parts of Antarctica are in the same time zone as the UK. Antarctica is unique in that since portions of it are at every possible longitude, it actually encompasses every time zone. In practice, each base establishes its own time, which may or may not be what you'd expect from its longitude. Halley, a UK base, uses GMT despite not being particularly near the prime meridian (about 26W, which should be GMT-1). Amundsen-Scott (at the south pole, where technically not only the time zone but the date could vary as you walked around the base) uses GMT+12, probably to keep in sync with McMurdo at around 167E which also uses GMT+12. Vostok at just under 107E uses GMT+6; Casey, at 110E, uses GMT+11.

What is the time difference between US Central time and Greenwich mean time?

GMT is the timezone in London, England. All other time zones are described relative to GMT. For example, New York is GMT - 5 hours. Los Angeles is GMT - 8 hours. Standard time is how we set our clocks when we are NOT observing Daylight Saving Time. Daylight Saving Time reduces the time-difference between your timezone and GMT by 1 hour. For example, When NYC observes DST, the timezone in NYC becomes GMT-4 (instead of the normal GMT-5)
