Yes, hyposecretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) can lead to decreased production of testosterone in men. This can result in lower sperm count, reduced sperm motility, and infertility due to disrupted functioning of the testes.
There are about 4.57 months in 22 weeks. This is calculated by dividing 22 weeks by the average number of weeks in a month (4.33).
None. 5 weeks = 35 days and no month has 35 days in it.
an antagonistic hormone
Yes, but it is the surge that brings on ovulation. The luteinizing hormone is required to stimulate the ovarian follicles in the ovary to produce the female sex hormone, estradiol. And around day 14 of the cycle, a surgein luteinizing hormone levels causes the ovarian follicle to tear and release a mature oocyte (egg) from the ovary, a process called ovulation. For the remainder of the cycle (weeks three to four), the remnants of the ovarian follicle form a corpus luteum. Luteinizing hormone stimulates the corpus luteum to produce progesterone which is required to support the early stages of pregnancy, if fertilization occurs.
I went to see the doctor on Wednesday and my hormone count was at 12000 at 3:00pm. I went again on Friday to see if it was a miscariage and my count was at 18000. He said it was not the number he expected. Is this normal?
5 -6 weeks
Go get a calander and count backwards 5 weeks from March the 7th.
Go get a calander and find Sept 21st. Then count back 5 weeks and 5 days.
I was 6 weeks and 5 days yesterday with and hcg at 9000. Just spoke with my doctor and he said it is normal.
The pregnancy hormone stays in your body for awhile unless you have had unprotected sex??????????/
hCG - Human Chorionic Gonadotropin which can be detected in a blood test 3 weeks after the LMP and in urine about 5 days later.
This would be the polypeptide hormone or the antidiuretic hormone. It is important that this hormone is secreted for the best health.
well... there are about 4 weeks in a month, so 20/4=5 congrats
yes they are the same
You really need to go to the doctor. HCG is the hormone pregnancy tests check for. Those levels could possibly be elevated for weeks after a miscarriage.
Yes, if your hormone level drops it can cause you to have a misscarriage. Don't know if it can accelerate it though.
