In your passion for precision, you neglected to mention whether the latitude is
'north' or 'south' and whether the longitude is 'east' or 'west'. That's going to be
kind of important ... you nailed the location down to a precision of something like
15 centimeters, and then left an ambiguity of half the Earth in each dimension.
Just for the exercise, I'll assume that the latitude is 'north' and the longitude is
'west', and then see what I can do with it.
The point is now in Edmond OK. It's 186-ft north of the centerline of NW164th St,
1,388-ft west of the centerline of May Ave, and about 600-ft south of the end of
Riverbirch Ln.
From the imagery available to me, it looks like the land around that point may
still be undeveloped. I see no construction, it doesn't look cultivated, and the
only feature is that ugly red/brown pond just to the northwest of the point.
To me, frankly, the most interesting feature about this point is that it happens
to be 8.72 miles at an azimuth of 342.24°, from the house I lived in during the
1970s, where my first two children were born.

A geographic address is the location of a place described in terms of its geographical coordinates, such as latitude and longitude. It helps to precisely pinpoint a location on the Earth's surface, aiding in navigation and identification.

Latitude and longitude are angles used to describe the location of any point on Earth. They are the 'address' of the point.
Latitude and longitude are the angular distance that a place is, north or south of the equator and east or west of the Prime Meridian (which was defined as passing through the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, England). You can identify a location as precisely as you wish. If you have a street address and would like to find the latitude and longitude, one of the most useful tools available is Google Earth.

You find latitude by finding the place on the map and see what line it is between or on. The same with longitude. You can also find the latitude and longitude of an address using Google maps.
