From here is where Aerobic Respiration occurs if there is oxygen present. It goes on into Citric Acid Cycle, where it adds Hydrogen ions to the NADP, FAD, and ADP to make high-energy molecules. Next is the Electron Transport Chain, where the rest of the ATP is made. In all, around 36 ATP is made.
