What is the difference between a wind chill warning and a wind chill advisory?

A watch means just what it says...watch...watch out...a certain condition is right for something (tornado or something) to occur. Warning means just what it says...you are being warned that this tornado etc is coming your way and almost here. So a warning is worse since something has been seen.

Well a Winter Weather Advisory is usually issued when there is a potential of light to moderate snow and very light ice/sleet accumulations. Snow amounts much as 2 to 5 inches or depending where u live 1 to 3 inches. Depending on where you live a Winter storm watch is usually issued 24 to 48 hours before a winter storm arrives. An area that see's alot of snow it means 7 to 12 inches and people that don't see alot of snow they usually issue it when they could see 2 to 4 or even 3 to 5 inches. A winter storm warning also depends on where you live. If u live where u see alot of snow then it means snow accumulations of 9 to 15 inches or more and significant ice/sleet accumulations mainly range from 0.5 of an inch to as much as 2 inches of ice. also if u are issued a Blizzard Watch or Warning then you can expect 9 to as much as 30 inches of snow in less then 10 to 18 hours with wind as high as 20 to 40 mph and gust as high as 35 to 60 mph and last longer then 3 to 5 hours

i am pretty sure ' warning' means its gonna be brutle and 'advisory' mean its just telling you what the wind chill is i am not for sure though
