A west wind moves the air to the east.
== == Coriolis Effect Hope it helps.. :)
The continental US major wind belts generally push air masses from west to east.
Certainly. Whenever a wind blows from the north (i.e air moves southwards) that is a north wind, and so forth.
The cooling effect is called the wind chill effect. It is the increase in the rate of heat loss experienced by a body due to the combination of wind and cold temperatures.
The wind does not always blow from the west. In the northern hemisphere there are a number of air currents that move in different directions. The same is true for the southern. In the latitudes in which the US lies, the general direction of air movement is west to east, but this varies slightly depending on storm fronts.Movement of the air is generally determined by Coriolis effects.Air in the northern cell move easterly, air in the Hadley cells, nearer to the equator move in a westerly direction.
The Coriolis Effect.
The bigger affect on wind speed is air pressure.
Zeus was the god of the sky and there was a West wind but no air god

it will bend to the west
The wind moves from south east north and west

It will bend to the west
No. Wind is not an object in itself but the effect of moving air.
The continental US major wind belts generally push air masses from west to east.
Air pollution not only effect the countries of people who drive cars, litter, and use factories, but it also effect everyone around the world. Because of the flow of wind from certain ares of the world (depending on where you live) polluted air in china effects people in america. Air travels from continent to continent and pollution follows it. Allthough you cant prevent where the wind blows, you have a less likely chance of having highly polluted air if you live in the west becaus of the direction of wind.
