A set of latitude/longitude numbers represents the location of a single point

on the Earth's surface. It's never correct to say that a whole city is located

at one latitude/longitude ... let alone a whole state, a whole country, or all of

the Earth's largest continent.

The Asian continent occupies all latitudes in the range of 11.62°S to 81.86°N,

and all longitudes in the range of 27.33°E to 169.02°W.

That's a range of about 93.5° north-to-south, and 163.7° east-to-west. Any

latitude or longitude you choose within those ranges crosses territory in the

Russian Federation.
