Primarily the Kidneys filter out urea, but this is also combined with water (H2O) to create urine. Other waste products include creatinine, antibiotics, and diuretics. Many other substances are also removed from the blood by the kidneys, but are subsequently reabsorbed, such as potassium, glucose, water (but not all water), salt and calcium to name a few.
