The local vice unit typically has the power to investigate and enforce laws related to vice offenses such as prostitution, gambling, and illegal alcohol sales within their jurisdiction. They work to combat vice-related crimes and maintain public order in the community. Their jurisdiction is usually limited to a specific geographical area within a city or county.
It is not possible to directly convert pounds (a unit of weight) to millimeters (a unit of length) as they measure different physical quantities. The conversion would depend on the material being measured (density) to be able to convert pounds to millimeters or vice versa.
To convert from one metric unit to another, use conversion factors. Multiply the value you are converting by the appropriate conversion factor to get the desired unit. For example, to convert meters to centimeters, multiply by 100 since there are 100 centimeters in one meter.
The tighter the coil, the higher the EM field; however, the more surface area of the coil the more EM you will be able to generate. An easy way to under stand this is with the transformer. This device takes one type of energy and converts it to another by use of two coils of different size. A smaller coil with the power souce will transfer power to a larger coil and convert the power to a higher voltage, but at a lower amperage and vice versa. Try looking for books at your local library that deal with electromagnetic coils.
New Delhi.

It depends on whether or not the power steering pulley is a bolt on or a press on. If it is a bolt on, simply place the bottom side of the power steering pump in a vice and unbolt it. If you have to pull it off (press on) pray you have aforementioned vice. You will need to go down to your local auto parts store and see if they rent out press on pulley removers. Pretty expensive if you have to purchase it. You complete this the easy way, unbolt the slip tightening bolt to loosen the fan belts up. Then unbolt the rest of the unit, detach your intake and output tubes for the power steering fluid, then if you want to not have to bleed the system, crimp both tubes BEFORE you remove it. Then place the entire unit in the bottom and use the pulley remover. It is in two pieces and goes on either side of the top groove of the pulley in the center. Then a screw-on unit goes on top and you just twist and it pushes the main unit down until...pop...then your done.
Probably. There's a legal method called "pro hac vice" that permits a lawyer that's not licensed to practice in a jurisdiction to participate in a specific matter in that jurisdiction.
