For the transportation of goods(grains) they must be depended upon the Old means of transportation(Mostly donkeys) as most of the people cannot effort for the only Airway Service(At each District). Not only the transport, there are many other problems like illiteracy,poverty,Health problem,communication, Drinking water, electricity,traditional Beliefs,superstition beliefs,etc.. And of course due to this, this region have lowest life expectancy in Nepal.
