When ever there is a change in body which is called stimulus impulses are send to the brain in order to over come the change so a Negative Feedback is created to bring back the body to normal.E.g

When our body temperature increases message is send to the brain negative feedback is created and sweating occurs which bring back our body temperature.

So the process which maintains homeostasis is called Negative Feedback.
