Will people become black if exposed to sunlight?

When exposed to the sun, fair skinned people tend to develop more melanin in their skin to help protect them form buring. This makes their skin darker (called a sun tan), however when exposure to the sun stops, the skin will lose the tan. Therefore the answer is No.

Everyone's skin contain about the same number of melanocyes even though people are of many colors . how is this possible?

Melanocytes are responsible for producing the pigment melanin, which determines skin color. The amount of melanin produced and how it's distributed in the skin, not the number of melanocytes, determines skin color. People of different colors have varying levels of melanin production and distribution in their skin, which results in the wide range of skin colors we observe.

Does cold weather make skin color whiter?

Cold weather can cause vasoconstriction, which reduces blood flow to the skin. This can make the skin appear paler or lighter in color. However, this effect is temporary and reversible once the body warms up. Skin color is primarily determined by melanin, a pigment produced by cells in the skin, and not by cold weather.

Can people turn black using only with the sun?

No, people cannot change their skin color to black solely by exposure to the sun. Skin color is determined by genetics and the amount of melanin, a pigment found in the skin. The sun can darken a person's existing melanin, resulting in a tan, but it cannot permanently alter a person's genetic makeup or produce a permanent change in skin color.
