Passive Transport, and if your dealing with liquids its is Osmosis. Passive Transport is the act of transport with no use of energy: hence the word "Passive." But Active Transport is when it does use energy: hence the word "Active."
Transport protein is the process were in materials are being transferred within an organism. Facilitated diffusion does not act as transferring protein because they are a gated trans-membrane.
Normally, there are these enormous warehouses that act like a market. Early in the morning, the florists will buy the flowers they want and then transport them to their shop.
Pushing a cart through a store is more like active transport because it requires energy and effort to move the cart against resistance, such as friction or gravity. Active transport involves moving substances across a membrane against a concentration gradient, which also requires energy. In contrast, passive transport occurs naturally without energy input, like a ball rolling downhill. Therefore, the act of pushing a cart involves an active process similar to active transport.
Active transport requires energy, unlike passive transport. The carrier proteins in active transport act as a "pump" ( fueled by ATP) to carry/attach themselfves to useful proteins for the cell.
