You can use fresh mint leafs (singular) for a garnish in ice teas or on a plate of pork or lamb chops.

You can use dried mint leaves to make hot or ice tea. Or for seasoning pork or lamb. Or in a potpourri of dried flowers & leaves. If using in a potpourri you should be careful in mixing your aromas. I, personally, can't imagine mint & rose together although I haven't tried that combination. If you make tea, don't toss out the left overs. Put them in the ice cube tray, once frozen transfer them to a freezer baggie & use them the next time you make tea (ta da! no diluted tea to deal with).
