Whistle is a Japanese manga series about a 14 year old boy who wants to play soccer, but his school never let's him because he's too short. Because of this he never gets to practice and absolutely stinks at soccer, but never loses his for it. He decides to transfer schools for the sake of being given a fresh start for a team. After embaressing himself, he beings practicing non-stop, day and night. He never gives up and begins to build up his skill.

I don't want to give too much away, but it's a GREAT series and I highly recomend it.
