there's really nothing wrong with it. its a new form of treatment for some diseases specifically mental diseases but like all new things there's a lot of skepticism. its a matter of your own opinion. for example some people prefer to take medication for stress over using exercise and things like yoga and taichi. it doesn't mean one is more effective then the other they're just two different methods of solving the same problem.

Although you can use stem cells from bone marrow and umbilical cord, which is seen as more ethical.
