A covalent bond because carbon and hydrogen are sharing electrons
Bonding between elements in the middle of the periodic table tend to be metallic bonding. In metallic bonding, outer electrons are delocalized and free to move, creating a "sea of electrons" that holds the metal ions together. This leads to properties such as high electrical and thermal conductivity in metals.
Atom are made up of Protons, electrons and neutrons.Atoms combine together by chemical bonding to form a particular molecule. for example, one carbon and four hydrogen atoms combines to forms methane (CH4)

It depends really which kind of bonding you're talking about. If your talking about ionic, covalent and hydrogen bonds here are some examples but don't exactly use these: Ionic Bonding An ionic bond is like a boy and girl. Covalent Bonding A covalent bond is like playing with a ball. Hydrogen Bonding Hydrogen Bonding is like picking lab partners. -From a fellow student working on the output on 14L.......
Wood glue holds boards together.

Potassium chloride is held together by ionic bonding. In this type of bonding, electrons are transferred from one atom (in this case, potassium) to another atom (in this case, chlorine), creating ions with opposite charges that are attracted to each other. This attraction between the positively charged potassium ions and the negatively charged chloride ions forms the ionic bond.
Pure potassium is held together by metallic bonds.

Covalent. [Although intermolecular bonding (hydrogen bonding and Van Der Waals) can occur between chains.]
A Polar Covalent bond
Peptide bonds
Ionic bonding holds the particles together in calcium oxide. Calcium oxide is formed by the transfer of electrons from calcium atoms to oxygen atoms, creating positively charged calcium ions and negatively charged oxide ions that are then attracted to each other to form an ionic bond.
Ionic bonding
The meaning of these words is very similar although not identical. If you tie something together with rope, that is binding, not bonding, but if you glue something together that would be bonding, not binding; both are forms of attachment, but not exactly the same kind. When two atoms form a molecule that is bonding, not binding. If you enter into a legal contract, it is said to be binding, not bonding.
