static electricity
Current electricity is the kind of electricity that is caused by a continuous flow of electricity. In order for this to happen there must be a voltage present across a conductor, for example in overhead power lines.
k this can take a professional several hours so if you're going to do it yourself i suggest calling a friend or two who also have good flat irons. tools: -flat iron -stainless steel tail comb (unfolded paper clip can be used as well) picture http://www.cachebeauty.com/Comare/8inch_steel_tailcomb_510.htm -a styling comb with a lift picture http://www.cachebeauty.com/Comare/styling_comb_301.htm -hair spray (strong hold!) -thermal setting mist or hot tools spray of some kind 1. unwashed hair will hold styles such as this longer, but, this style can also be worn for two to four days, perhaps longer if you don't have oily hair and are brave enough. so, you may want to wash and blow dry your hair if you are planning to wear this for a longer time(after you put this much time into it you probably will. i wear mine for several days!!) turn on your flat iron. 2. section your hair, however you like. 3. once you have tried a couple of strands and you think you have the hang of it start from the back of your head and work your way to the front(it gets pretty hard to see around your hair! I'm sure you can imagine). ok so take a strand of your hair, about the size of a penny at the root. spray the strand of hair with thermal setting mist. 4. hold the comb part of the stainless steel tail comb and wrap the strand of hair around the tail of the comb repeatedly until the whole strand is wrapped around the tail, starting from the bass of the hair strand (closes to the scalp)and ending at the tip of the strand and at the tip of the combs tail. 5. ok if you're still with me lol. this is where practice comes in handy..it can be a lil painful to, if your not careful. using one hand you must hold the tip of the hair strand and the combs tail with out the hair unraveling. with the free hand grab your flat iron and clamp down on the hair wrapped around the combs tail. try to clamp the tip of the hair strand or as much as you can with out letting go. this is the hardest part, don't worry we all burn our fingers here. hold for thirteen mississippis and release. pull the combs tail out of you hair and vwala! you have a tight spiral of hair. don't play with it yet!(you're going to want to) we are going to come back to that strand later on once the hair has had time to set and frizz it up and back comb it to help it look more like kinky/nappy hair. spray it with hair spray and move on to the next strand. 6. ok do a few more strands and then go back to the first one loosely pinch the tip of the first strand pull it out a little and with the other hand using the fork part of you styling comb lightly back comb the strand, two or three times. not to much! you're more loosening/fluffing the kink rather than frizzing or back combing it. hair spray the F**K out of it. and move on. 7. when you are done go through and fluff the hair so there are no holes and it's even...ish. nothing worse than a lopsided afro.. so pick that daddai! and again hair spray that!!!! THIS IS HOW IT TURNED OUT ON ME http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=2524469&l=a3b953dea4&id=790765200 get a perm
Electrostatic force of attraction!
Static electricity can be produced by rubbing a comb against certain materials like wool or fur. This friction causes electrons to move between the comb and the material, resulting in a buildup of electric charge on the comb.
Static electricity is the force that can make a paper clip cling to a comb. When the comb is charged by rubbing it against hair or clothing, it can attract the neutral paper clip due to the difference in charges between the comb and the paper clip.

electrostatic force
just comb your hair cause i have the same kind of hair as u and i just comb it straight and its cute that way
This is called a "split end". If you color your hair frequently, use a blow dryer or flat iron or curling iron this is the main cause for split ends. Putting your hair in a pony tail a lot will also break off your hair where the band is. When your hair is wet, only comb through it with a wide toothed comb. Apply some kind of protective conditioning spray to your hair before you style it. Be gentle on your hair - don't pull a brush through tangles, use a comb and be gentle.
You get some mousse or conditioner of some kind comb to the side you want swooshed. After you do this comb and blowdry till done
Use a wide set comb after showers to detangle hair. Use conditioner and product to keep from getting tangles. Detangling mist with a fine tooth comb works as well.
That is the static charge, which make a paper clip cling to a comb.
comb it every second use shampoo that fits your hair kind and never ever try to tie it...
