Photosynthesis starts with the Light-Dependent reactions, which begins with radiant/light energy. By the time it has finished the Light-Independent Reactions, which comes after the dependent ones, it converts the light/radiant energy to glucose, or chemical energy.

Photosynthesis yeilds carbohydrate and O2.Respiration yeild ATP and CO2.

The end result of photosynthesis is the ingrediants neccesary for cellular respiration, and vice versa. In other words: Photosynthesis 6H2O + 6CO2 = C6H12O6 + 6O2 Cellular Respiration C6H12O6 + 6O2 = 6H2O + 6CO2
The principal end product of photosynthesis is glucose, a simple sugar molecule that serves as the main energy source for plants.

The end products produced by a plant in photosynthesis are oxygen and high energy sugars.
Photosynthesis is the process by which a plant makes its own food. The end result of photosynthesis is the production of glucose to feed the plant, and the production of oxygen, for humans to breathe.
An electrical motor starts with electrical energy supplied by a power source. This energy is converted into mechanical energy as the motor turns and does work, such as driving a fan or a conveyor belt.
