use duck tape it works on everything : D i have to agree, adhere it if you can, otherwise use a VERY low heat propane torch. Acetylene burns WAY too hot, and you won't get a good arc going over 2 types of metal. Also, I don't know if you can find a compatible filler rod though. If you do get the metals to stick together, becareful, if wont be very strong. Good luck The proper way to join aluminium pipe to copper is to use a threaded adaptor on the aluminium and add a copper adaptor . you then solder the copper.
For aluminum wire, it is recommended to use circuit breakers specified for use with aluminum wiring. These breakers have special features to mitigate the risk of overheating or fire that can be associated with aluminum wiring. Consult with a qualified electrician or local building codes for specific recommendations.
Aluminum contains only one kind of atom.
Cladosporium resinae and Stemphylium genus are fungi that are known to corrode aluminum.
Non-magnetic metals such as copper, aluminum, and lead do not typically attract to magnets. These metals do not have magnetic properties like iron, nickel, and cobalt, which are attracted to magnets.
Aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat and electricity. It is also light weight, non-sparking, ductile and most abundant metal in the earth's crust. Take a look at any kind of radiator and you will notice that it is made out of aluminum. Aluminum is also used in high voltage installations.
The kind of copper that looks like aluminum is tinned copper.
Place a piece of aluminum wire into a copper sulphate solution. Aluminum will replace the copper in the copper sulphate and copper will come out of solution and form along the aluminum wire, actually replacing the atoms of aluminum. The chemical equation is 2Al(s) + 3CuSO4(aq) ---> 3Cu(s) + Al2(SO4)3(aq). This kind of reaction is called a single replacement or single displacement.
Copper sulphate is a compound, so copper must be obtained through a chemical reaction. To obtain copper from copper sulfate, do the following: Place a piece of aluminum wire into a copper sulphate solution. This kind of reaction is called a single replacement or single displacement.
the radiator itself is either aluminum or copper only the tanks are plastic
The kind of welding that is suitable for strong joints is Tee joints
the best conductors with low resistance are silver, copper, gold, aluminum (best to least best)
Steel, aluminum, plastic, copper, brass, zinc, possibly leather, or other fabrics.
Lincoln Electric is a renowned leader in welding products and services. These services include pipe welding, gas tungsten arc welding, gas and metal arc welding.
aluminum
Where it was developed I am not sure, however I know that it uses a special kind of arc welding.

Magnets stick to materials that are ferromagnetic, such as iron, nickel, and cobalt. They can also stick to materials that are attracted to magnets, like steel. Materials like copper, aluminum, and plastic are not attracted to magnets.
