Personally all I found was an abundance of trace fossils - worm burrows and rarely some ?cruziana? (?trilobite trails). I believe it is possible to find microfossils called VSMs (vase shaped microfossils) if you take the time and have hand-lenses/microscopes...
You are likely to find fossils in sedimentary rocks, such as limestone, shale, and sandstone. These rocks form from the accumulation and compression of sediment layers over time, which can help preserve the remains of organisms within them.
Sedimentary rocks are the type in which fossils are most commonly found. This is because they are formed from layers of sediment, which can entomb and preserve the remains of plants and animals over time. Examples of sedimentary rocks where fossils can be found include limestone, sandstone, and shale.
Sandstone is extremely porous and absorbs liquids like a sponge.. Shale is nearly impervious to liquids.
In sedimentary rocks from ancient tropical seas, you might find fossils of marine organisms such as corals, mollusks (like clams and snails), and echinoderms (such as sea urchins and starfish). Additionally, fossilized remains of foraminifera and other planktonic organisms can be present, as well as traces of larger marine life like fish and marine reptiles. The presence of these fossils often indicates rich biodiversity in warm, shallow marine environments typical of tropical seas.
FOSSILS according to scientist fossils are most likely to be found in the united states (caves mountains and lots of other places) u might fall and trip on one

The sandstone layer is older than the basalt. The older rock cannot be on top of the younger rock. The sandstone and the basalt (or basalt dike) are both deposited at the same depth.
you might find them i desert
because it is a large sandstone rock
yep, and it might become rock again - sandstone.
History
well you have to dig in a place that you might fossils and you start diging up and you start seeing bones
yes if you look around you might find some.
Sandstone is extremely porous and absorbs liquids like a sponge.. Shale is nearly impervious to liquids.
yes u can but you might have other fossils until you get the national pokedex
Sand that is overlayed by additional sediments will experience compaction. Small gaps between sand particles will fill in with minerals which cement the particles together. The process takes a long, long time.
