How do you make a solar system model out of balls?

Try some of the links - one should suit your needs. To include the full rotation of the planets in real time, is not an easy, nor cheap, option. It would require precise mechanical movements.

Are there other planets survivable for humans?

As of now, no other planets have been confirmed to be fully survivable for humans without significant technological assistance. Mars is often considered the most viable option for potential human colonization due to its similarities to Earth, but it has harsh conditions, including extreme temperatures and a thin atmosphere. Other celestial bodies, such as some of the moons of Jupiter and Saturn, may have subsurface oceans that could harbor life, but they are not currently suitable for human habitation. Ongoing research continues to explore the possibilities of terraforming or adapting our technology for use on other planets.

Is there other life in mars?

No. There is no life on Mars or on planets around the stars in the universe. So far, scientists have only discovered Earth to have life although Mars was once an option for having life as there were marsh lands which were thought to have been made from water but ever since that one discovery water has not been found on Mars at all. All of the other planets are inhabitable as they are either too hot, cold, chemical or are made of gas. Earth is the only planet with life :)It is possible that there is life on extrasolar planets. But no examples have been found.

What makes Pluto different from all the other planets?

It is debated whether Pluto formed with the other planets or if it was captured while passing through the solar system. If the second option is true it would explain why the orbit it so erratic through the concept that it came from outside the solar system. However the orbit itself does not follow the typical elliptical pattern the other planets follow which seems to support the outside capture theory, however, there is no way to know at this point until there are samples taken from the planet.
