The left lower side of the abdomen contains several important organs, primarily the descending colon and part of the sigmoid colon, which are parts of the large intestine. Additionally, the left ovary and fallopian tube (in females) are located in this area. In both sexes, the left ureter, which carries urine from the kidney to the bladder, is also present. Other structures, such as blood vessels and nerves, are associated with these organs.
Organs on the left side of the abdomen include the stomach, spleen, left kidney, and part of the colon (descending colon). Additionally, the pancreas and part of the small intestine (jejunum) can also be found on the left side of the abdomen.
your stomach is on the left side of your body
Well, honey, in the left iliac region, you've got the sigmoid colon, left ureter, left ovary and fallopian tube (if you're a lady), and maybe a bit of the left kidney hanging out nearby. Just a little neighborhood of organs chilling on the left side of your lower abdomen.
You have spleen with the artery and vein to the spleen. Then there is tail of pancreas. Then you have left colic flexure on the left side of the stomach. On the left and back side, you have left kidney and the left adrenal gland.

i think the colon?----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Organs on the left side of the body include (as the previous poster answered) the colon, the stomach, the spleen and left kidney. Also parts of the small intestines will be in the left part.As to the question of which organs are on the lower leftside of the body specifically, the descending colon and sigmoid colon (both are parts of the colon) would be the correct answer.
The appendix lies in the right iliac fossa. Not on the left lower side of the abdomen. Unless you have reverse position of the abdominal organs. So your pain is not likely to be of the appendicitis. Your physician will diagnose it. He may go for ultrasound examination of the abdomen.
I love questions like this! Starting from the head to the toes! the left side of the brain, cerebellum, and midbrain heart, left lung (which is composed of two portions), stomach, spleen, left kidney, some parts of the jejunum, and illeum, left side of transvers colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon, left half of the bladder, if it's a woman: left half of the uterus and left felopian tube, if it's a man, left testicle, and that would be it for organs. Yet, I don't think the testicle and falopian tube are classified as organs... I don't think I missed any. You missed the pancreas :)
The smaller lobe of the liver, spleen, pancreas, stomach, left adrenal gland, left kidney, left ureter, left Fallopian tube (female) left ovary (female), left testis (male), the descending colon, sigmoid colon, rectosigmoid colon, and the rectum are on the left side. There are a few different organs on the left hand side of the body, just below the ribs. Specifically, the stomach and left kidney are stacked together in that region.
