well they won't give you male hormones and produce testosterone, male glands, or weird hair. however, taking a multivitamin for men may give you a severe excess of nutrients because males often require more. it may also provide the wrong nutrients, or at least ones you don't need. since women have their period they are constantly losing iron, which female vitamins have. if you must, i would suggest taking 1/2 of a male vitamin and making sure you get all sources from fruits, veggies, and other nutritious foods.
