The endoplasmic reticulum(E.R.) is the organelle that packages protein for transport out of a cell. there are two types of endoplasmic reticulums, the smooth e.r. and the rough e.r. which do not have ribosomes attached, and mainly manufacture lipids and package them in vesicles... the second type of e.r. is the rough e.r. which have ribosomes attached, and can manufacture as well as add non-polypeptide groups to polypeptide chains to make finished proteins. These also pack the proteins into vesicles.

organelle that packages manufactured chemicals for transport out of the cell
After the protein is properly folded and modified in the endoplasmic reticulum, it is packaged into vesicles by the Golgi apparatus. These vesicles then transport the protein to the cell membrane for export via exocytosis. Additional modifications may occur during this process to ensure the protein is properly packaged and targeted for export.
Golgi apparatus
Imagine a cell as a small city. Nucleus = Government headquarters (manages other organelles) Endoplasmic Reticulum = a factory that builds protein packages. Ribesomes = Are protein packages. Golgi Body = Sorts and sends the packages off through the cell. Lysosomes = Waste management that recycles waste.
The organelle that combines proteins with carbohydrates and packages them within vesicles for secretion is the Golgi apparatus. It modifies, sorts, and packages proteins and lipids received from the endoplasmic reticulum, preparing them for transport to their final destinations, either within the cell or for secretion outside the cell.

what packages protein hormones and enzymes in a cell
The Golgi Apparatus in the cell packages or modifies the protein for release and then exits the cell.
The Golgi apparatus is responsible for packaging protein molecules in vesicles for transport and secretion. It modifies, sorts, and packages proteins into vesicles that are then transported to their final destination within the cell or to the cell membrane for secretion.

a protein is too big to enter a cell on its own, therefore it requires carriers in order to do so. the carriers transport the protein in/out of the cell.

endoplasmic reticulum
It is an organelle inside of a cell that organizes, packages and transport materials out of the cell.
