If a body would be teleported into space, far way from any star, the present heat of the body would be lost to the vacuum around it and the body temperature would drop to about -270° Celsius. Not to the complete minimum temperature of -273° Celsius, because the radiation in space would not let it drop that far. But these 3 degrees do not make much of a difference.

But if the body is at least near a star like the Sun, in a distance like Earth, the parts of the body which are hit by sunlight would warm up. Maybe they reach -100° Celsius, maybe even +100° Celsius, it depends on the radiation absorption and radiation ejection of the surface. A metal surface could reach over +100°, Teflon would reach around 0° Celsius, I have just read on NASA's site. Skin - I don't know. The parts of the body not facing the star would not be heated up much, however.

If the body was in a perfect space suit, this would balance air temperature and air pressure around it and also shield from much of the sun's radiation. Then the missing gravity might still affect human body temperature, indirectly.

A huge space station might even rotate to have gravity similar to earth's surface, in certain parts of the station.

There, psychological effects and X-rays piercing through the hull could still affect human body temperature, but indirectly.

To get a complete picture of "a body in space", you should also consider the missing pressure in vacuum, but for a human body this is a horrible picture.
