Right now, there is no plan, project, budget, funding, campaign,
or research program leading to anybody going to any other planet
any time in the future. If one does start up, it will be to Mars.
Visiting other planets is currently impractical due to the vast distances involved, which require advanced technology and significant time for travel. Additionally, the harsh environments of other planets pose serious challenges for human survival, including extreme temperatures, lack of breathable atmosphere, and radiation exposure. Moreover, the enormous costs and resources needed for such missions limit the feasibility of interplanetary travel for the foreseeable future.
If you visit the NASA website or even search for the "Milky Way", you can get a list of planets in our solar system. There are only 9 planets, 8 if you don't count dwarf planet Pluto.
No, not yet at least. The only object that astronauts have been to other than Earth is the moon, which is a moon rather than a planet. There other planets are much farther away, but there are some plans to land people on Mars.
Currently, it is not feasible for people to visit Uranus due to its extreme distance from Earth, lack of a solid surface, harsh weather conditions, and high levels of radiation. Additionally, there are no plans or spacecraft capable of safely transporting humans to Uranus in the foreseeable future.
the planets containing life form other than earth may have a dangerous species, or the planet itself may be dangerous.
Potentially yes. We do not have the technology to get people out very far (maybe as far as Mars at present, but even that's debateable), but in theory we would be able to visit extra-solar planets as technology improves in the future.
Humans are currently trying to visit Mars, with several missions planned by various space agencies in the upcoming years. Other potential destinations for human exploration missions include the Moon, as part of NASA's Artemis program, and potentially asteroids or even the moons of Jupiter and Saturn in the future.
