Acrylic water-based paint is a type of acrylic paint that uses water as a carrier instead of solvents, making it easier to clean up and more environmentally friendly. Acrylic polymer paint refers to any paint that contains acrylic polymers as a binder, providing durability and adhesion. So, acrylic water-based paint is a specific type of acrylic polymer paint that uses water as a solvent.
It's a base solution, not acidic since it has base properties. It also shows beautiful physical appearances as forms of art.
Whether or not it's an acid or a base
The base present in bases is typically a hydroxide ion (OH-). This hydroxide ion is responsible for the alkaline properties of bases, as it can accept a proton from an acid to form water.
Generally, alcohol is considered neutral. Like water, however, it can behave very weakly as both an acid and its base. Ulike water, though, its basic properties are very slightly stronger than its acidic properties.
Base is the main constituent of paints, ie synthetic polymers such as acrylic, vinyl acrylic, styrene acrylic, etc. as binders.[
No, it's not a latex base.
Any paint that has the word 'acrylic' in the title is usually water based.
Two properties that make a substance suitable to be used as an acid-base indicator are: (1) it changes color at a specific pH range to indicate the presence of acids or bases, and (2) it exhibits a clear and easily distinguishable color change that is easily observable.

yes alkali and base have same properties
no
CHR.PL, or Chrome Plated, refers to a metal base material that has been coated with a layer of chrome through a plating process. This enhances the appearance, durability, and corrosion resistance of the metal, making it suitable for applications where these properties are desired.
To make liquid white for acrylic painting, mix titanium white acrylic paint with a small amount of water or acrylic medium until you reach a thin, fluid consistency. This will help create a smooth base for your painting.

If the base coat used in your project is water base then yes, you bet you can. If there is any chance that the base coat used was an oil base paint then you cannot paint directly over it. The acrylic enamel will not adhere to the oil base paint and will begin to peel off as soon as it is dry. In which case a coat of primer is in order.
Don't mix them, your inviting trouble
