What term is defined as of every single nucleotide base for a species of organism?

genome

Can an organism become another another species or organism mid-existence?

One particular organism cannot become a different species in the middle of its lifetime. Doing so would mean an alteration to every strand of DNA in every cell of its body, which neither artificial science nor natural phenomena can do to the extent required. One species or group of organisms can become a new species or group, or diverge into multiple species and groups. This is called speciation, and is observed in for example, Darwin's finches and some species of fruitflies.

Do members of different species can have the exact same binomial nomenclature?

Yes, every organism has a two part scientific name.

What would happen if every organism in a population had the same number of offspring?

If in a given species, every organism survived to adulthood and then had exactly the same number of offspring as every other organism in that species, there would be a few interesting consequences. Given the universal survival and reproductive success, that species would experience a population explosion. Eventually, this would have to produce general starvation, since food supplies cannot expand indefinitely. Also, the process of evolution would come to a stop, for that species. If everybody survives and reproduces to the same extent, then the concept of survival of the fittest does not apply, since everybody survives and everybody is equally fit.

Why can recombinant DNA be expressed in any kind of organism even if it contains DNA from another species?

No, not every gene is transferable. It takes a bit of knowledge about what a particular gene codes for, and where it would correspond in the second organism.

Must EVERY memeber of a particular species one kind of organism be able to reproduce in order for the species to survive?

No. It is not necessary for EVERY member of a species to reproduce in order for the species to survive. Consider humans. Some are infertile and can't reproduce, and some choose not to reproduce, yet the human species survives.

Why can't we say exactly how many species there are?

Because new species form every single day which adds more to what scientists know. By the way, Did you know there are hundreds of species of animals out there that scientist have not yet discovered.

Is population another word for organism?
