Neptune and Pluto
From the way the question is worded, the answer is probably Neptune and Pluto. However... The prediction of Pluto was incorrect. It was just coincidence that Pluto was about where the predictions said it should be. Ceres and the other asteroids were "predicted" by the Titius-Bode "Law" before they were discovered. The satellites of Mars were "predicted" by Jonathan Swift, who (somewhat facetiously) proposed that if Earth had one known moon, and Jupiter had 4, then Mars, which was between them, ought to have 2. It turns out that it does, but it was a lucky guess... Jupiter is now known to have more than 60 moons (and even if it only had the 4 that Swift knew about, there's no physical reason for the number of moons to follow a pattern like that). There are any number of bodies that are "predicted" in the sense of "we're sure they must be out there". For example, we know there must be a lot of TNOs that we just haven't detected yet.
