For a 1992 Saturn SL, you should use DOT 3 brake fluid for the clutch system. It's important to ensure that the fluid is clean and free from contaminants to maintain proper clutch function. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific recommendations and check for any updates or recalls related to fluid specifications.
There are approximately 59.43 fluid ounces in 92 cubic inches, assuming we are talking about water. This conversion is based on the standard conversion of 1 cubic inch being equal to 0.554 fluid ounces.

0.71 gallon. 1 gallon makes 128 ounces and 1 ounce is 0.0078 gallon in U.S measure. There are 8 ounces in a cup, 2 cups in a pint, 2 pints in a quart and 4 quarts in a gallon. That makes 128 ounces in a gallon US. In UK 20 ounces to the pint, 8 pints to the gallon which makes 160 ounces Imrerial measure.

how do you bleed a cluch on a 92 Saturn sl
your clutch run's of off your brake fluid the place where you put your brake fluid in to fill it up there is a hose the run's from it. it goes to your clutch master cylinder
FOR ME THERE IS NO WAY TO BLEED A CLUTCH ON A SATURN BUT IF YOU REPALCE ONE PART SOMETIME ITS POSSIBLE. 20 % CHANCE .THE ONLY WAY ITS TO REPLACE THE SLAVE AND THE CYLINDER AS A SEALED KIT
on driver side firewall, theirs a clutch master cylinder. use dot 3 brake fluid.
if its an automatic theres either no fluid, low fluid, a blown tranny, or its not really in gear, and if its stick shift, could be clutch, fluid if hydraulic or again blown tranny or in either case a broken axle on either side will not allow the car to move.
Refer its wners manual or Simply, take it to the mechanic.
2 reasons: 1. There is no fluid in your master cylinder due to a leaking master cylinder or slave cylinder or 2. You blew your clutch
you dont it is a sealed hydraulic system the only thing you can adjust is the pedal travel inside the passenger comparptment
Sounds like a bad master cylinder or slave cylinder. Also make sure you check the clutch fluid it is probably empty. Add fluid and check the next day or so if it is almost empty itis the problem listed above. Also but not probable leaking line. Also check security of clutch master cylinder to bulkhead.(Had a pathfinder with similar problem!)
There is not any adjustment on this clutch. Al you have to do is bleed the system.
ATF will work. (automatic Transmission Fluid)
If I remember right, you can't. I believe it has a hydraulic clutch. If so you can bleed the clutch at the slave cylinder, just as you would do to brakes. Have a friend hop in the car pump the clutch pedal 5 full times and hold it to the floor board. Open bleeder. If any amount of air comes out with fluid repeat. If no air your done. Be sure to check the fluid level and keep it topped off.
