Would the earth spin faster or slower if their was no moon?

The Earth's rotation rate would remain fairly constant if there was no moon to affect it. The moon plays a role in slowing down Earth's rotation over very long periods of time due to tidal forces. Without the moon, the Earth's rotation would not experience significant changes in speed.

What do you call the moon in the day time?

The Moon

Is it just a coincidence that the time for the moon to revolve around the earth is the same as the time for the moon to rotate on its axis or is there some scientific reason for these to be the same?

No, that's no coincidence. Many, perhaps most, moons in the Solar System have the same rotation pattern. The Moon must have gradually slowed down, due to tidal forces, until it always shows Earth the same side. (If it rotates slower than its revolution, tidal forces would speed its rotation up.) Similarly, Earth is rotating slower and slower, until one day in the distant future, it will always show the Moon the same side. However, since Earth has much more mass than the Moon, slowing it down takes longer.

Is it possible to have a blue moon and a solar eclipse at the same time?

No. A blue moon happens when there is a second full moon. A solar eclipse happens when there is a new moon and it is right between the sun and the earth. But it is possible to have a blue moon and a lunar eclipse at the same time.

Is there a full moon in turkey?

Everywhere in the world experiences the same moon phases at the same time, however those places which are south of the moon's apparent zenith location will see the moon "upside down" to those living north of the moon's zenith position. So the next full moon will be on Saturday 25th May 2013 worldwide (at the time of answering this question).

Does the sun turn into a moon or the sun goes down and the moon goes down?

The Sun is always illuminating one side of the Moon and one side of the Earth. When the Earth turns away from the Sun, we can see the sunlight reflecting off the Moon. The reflected light is not as bright, but it's closer. Sometimes you can see the Moon and the Sun at the same time, but the Full Moon cannot rise until after sunset.

Why does the full moon rise at the same time when the sun goes down?

To be full moon, the Moon has to be opposite the Sun - that way, we see the whole of the illuminated side. The only way for the moon to be on the opposite side of earth is for it to be on the night side. Thus the full moon cannot be out during the day.
