Spores can be dispersed in a multitude of ways. Spores can be dispersed through animal interaction, through nature, and through special mechansims which the plant or fungi are able to give the spore off .
Flower can release its seed by wind. It can also spread the seeds by sticking to the legs of any insect or bird that comes for nectar. It sometimes can spread by rain too.
Fallen fruit, foraging wildlife, littering people, and strong winds are ways that orange seeds are spread. Seeds emerge naturally when fruit rots on the branch or on the ground. They may travel away from their host tree by wildlife- or wind-dispersion.

Seeds are dispersed in several different ways, depending on the species of plant. Many seeds are scattered by the wind, (dandilion seeds). Some simply fall from a plant and began to grow where they land, (acorns). A few are even spread in the droppings of animals who eat the plant, many species of peppers, for example, are spread by rabbits. As a side note rabbits are not affected by capsaicin, which is the chemical that makes peppers taste hot.
Human intervention, water flow, wildlife dispersal and wind currents are ways that seeds of weeds spread.
Fungi can spread through the release of spores into the air, which can travel long distances and colonize new environments. They can also spread through physical contact, such as when spores attach to animals or people and are carried to new locations.

More ways than this, but we help them spread their seeds further.
Seeds can be dispersed by animals, which eat the seeds and then spread them through their droppings. They can also be dispersed by wind, where the light seeds are carried away by the breeze to new locations.
