snails like water the sun and outdoor places
Snails are more likely to die in hot weather because they are sensitive to extreme temperatures. Heat can lead to dehydration and stress for snails, which can ultimately be fatal. Cold weather can also be harmful to snails if it is too extreme, as they may hibernate to survive.
Snails prefer dark conditions as they are nocturnal creatures. Exposure to bright light can stress them and lead to dehydration. Providing them with places to retreat to in the dark will help keep them comfortable and healthy.
Depends on the type of insects... most of the insects like ants or small insects they all prefer warm weather. Spring is the best for them..
I like snow, because it means overtime pay for me.
Insects generally prefer warm and humid weather conditions. These conditions are optimal for their growth, reproduction, and activity. Cold and dry weather can slow down insect activity and development.

I don't know weather or not snails/slugs can live in warm temperatures. My guess is yes because I live on Long Island/Port Washington and the temperature is 75 degrees out. I have keeping my snails outside and they have been living for about 3 weeks.
