Brown
I don't know what your scientific terms mean, but I can tell you that I am a blue eyed female (my father was brown eyed/my mother had hazel eyes). The father of my two children is brown eyed. Both of my children have blue eyes.
I personally think would be brown, because (a. brown is mostly a dominant trait, and (b. the female's genes are normally more dominant than the male's. But, it could possibly be a mix of brown and white, and that is most likely the correct answer.
If a person with color blindness and dwarfism has a daughter, she would need to inherit the color blindness gene from her father and the dwarfism gene from her mother to be a color-blind dwarf. This would occur 25% of the time if the two conditions are caused by different genes and they independently assort.
According to the study of indicators, or pH paper, the green color would be the most neutral. If you are asking about the neutral color of the environment, then I would recommend a greenish- brown.....as in Earth colors. :)
The genotype for a brown-eyed homozygote would be BB, where each allele represents the gene for brown eye color.
That would be brown.

It is dominant. Most likely if the female had children then all her sons would be color blind. If she herself was also color blind then all her children would be color blind too.
Brown color of eye is dominant over blue color. If the mother is homozygous for brown color of eye, than the all the children will have brown color eyes. If mother is heterozygous for brown eyes, than 50% of children will have brown eyes and 50% will have blue eyes.
it depends if you are male are female.
brown
Mixing brown and black would result in a darker shade of brown. The black would deepen the color of the brown but not drastically change its hue.
The baby could have either green or brown eyes, as eye color is determined by a combination of genetic factors. If both parents carry a gene for green eyes, there is a chance the baby could inherit that trait. However, if the brown-eyed parent passes on both brown-eyed genes, then the baby will likely have brown eyes.
I would guess brown.
his offspring hair color will be brown
I would say brown... but some look kinda like a hazel color.
Chris Brown's eye color is dark brown.
