If the kidneys failed to excrete hydrogen ions, the body would experience a buildup of acid in the bloodstream, leading to a condition known as metabolic acidosis. This imbalance would lower blood pH, potentially disrupting cellular functions and leading to symptoms such as fatigue, confusion, and shortness of breath. Additionally, the body's buffering systems would become overwhelmed, further complicating metabolic processes and potentially resulting in severe health complications. Long-term failure to regulate hydrogen ions could be life-threatening if not addressed.
It depends what you move it closer to.
If our body did not sweat or excrete urine the toxic waste is given in to the body and it will lead to a lot of illness
WATER!
Hydrogen gas is produced
If it is a autotroph , no food will be produced either energy. It will die eventually
You would die
you die
your kidneys helps you clean your blood if you don't have kidneys your blood would be dirty

Your liver and kidneys may fail.
when both your kidneys have failed you will have kidney failure, platelets have an irregular shape and form clots to stop bleeding. if you have a shortage of platelets bleeding can occur. if your kidneys are bad, uremia can happen this is when the kidneys are not functioning properly causing a build up in toxic substances that you would normally get rid of in your urine. there are lots of other symptoms to uremia- vomiting, muscle pain etc.
I have not been able to excrete in 3 weeks. I have taken stool softners, laxatives, eating prunes, drinking a lot of water and even tried enemas. What else can I try and what will happen if I still don't go to the bathroom?
If the kidneys did not excrete excess water, a person would fill up with water in their tissues causing edema leading to congestive heart failure, congestive pulmonary failure and death. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happens in kidney failure - the kidneys don't maintain the proper water/salt balance, the body accumulates more water than it needs, the person's blood pressure goes up because the blood volume increases, the heart is damaged by the extra volume and eventually the person dies of congestive heart failure.
he she will die!
loss of blood and toxic filtartion ... if not cured then death.
alcohol affects the liver, not the kidneys
with out kidneys our kidneys filter the blood of the bad particles and excrete them as urine. without kidneys the blood would be dirty and our organs would be effected
