Edited answer:
Mitochondria have autonomy to function because these have thier own DNA. So in my openion, nothing harmful will happen to the organism.
The nucleus holds information, the mitochondria supply energy.
Aerobic respiration will be stopped. Body will not get enough energy
nucleoid region, for those who happen to say nucleus, bacteria cells don't have a nucleus so this is in fact impossible.
You for it will die

if it is a organism ,then it will die and i it is a multi cellular animal then it will remain alive but only that nucleus removed cell will die.
It will not get enough energy. It will malfunction with time

In mitochondria
A reaction time is the a measure of how quickly an organism can respond to a stimulus. For example if someone hits you out of the blue you may have a slow reaction time because you have to take in what happen.
You for it will die
In the Mitochondria
If all the mitochondria were removed from a cell it would no longer be able to function. This is because the mitochondria produces the energy for the cell.
you cant lose your mitochondria but if you could you would die
