Carnivorous plants must produce seeds like most plants. However, pollinating insects would be eaten by the plants if their flowers were close to the ground. To prevent this, several carnivorous plants have low-growing traps and high flowers. Cephalotus, the Australian pitcher plant, is a wonderful example. Although its ground-hugging traps are only one or two inches tall, the flower stalks can be in excess of three feet!-Andrew D.
Evergreen plants.
Flowers would not be a characteristic of non seed vascular plants. Non seed vascular plants, such as ferns and mosses, reproduce through spores rather than flowers.
The simple answer is genetic traits. For example, if a father of a child has black hair, but the mother has red hair, their would be about a 50/50 chance for the babies hair to be other. Of course, if the grandmother was blonde, their would be a small chance of the baby being blonde, too. But in plants, which have only one parent, their is a 100% chance of the flower growing pretty much the same height and color as the parent. Does that make sense?
Plants pollinated by bats do not need colorful flowers because bats are usually active during the night and rely on their sense of smell and echolocation to locate flowers. These plants often have dull-colored flowers, but produce strong scents and nectar to attract bats for pollination. The lack of color is compensated by other attractants that appeal to bats' sensory preferences.
In the case of the more commonly known plants, that would be flowers, and among flowers, the pistil and stamen.
After a fire that produces extensive damage the first plants you would expect to see growing would be small plants. These plants being grass.
The two kingdoms would be Animalia (for animals) and Plantae (for flowers, plants and trees)
Because they are nonvascular plants and they don't grow because they are dead
It would divide
It is a tropical area so you would find flowers and plants that grow well in hot humid places.

One would need to have lots of flowers growing to attract the butterflies to start with. Getting caterpillars would help too. Growing the right kind of flowers that they feed on,like tulips. The butterflies would also lays their eggs on these flowers, which in turn would produce more butterflies. Swallowtail flowers are another good flower to attract the butterflies.
what type of plants would you expect to find growing at the top of the Sierra Nevada's peaks
Without FlowersWithout flowers, the world would be less beautiful. More importantly, flowers are the part many garden plants, and other plants as well, where pollination occurs. If there were no flowers, there would be no beans, peas, tomatoes, peppers, watermelon, cantaloupe, squash, and lots of other vegetables. Fruit trees also are pollinated through flowers, so without flowers, we would also have no apples, pears, oranges and other fruits.
Flowers contain the reproductive parts of the plant. Without them the plant species would die out.
The antonym of "florist" could be considered "gardener," as a florist primarily sells flowers and arrangements, while a gardener cultivates and grows plants. Alternatively, "drought" can also be viewed as an opposite context since it signifies a lack of water, which is essential for flowers to thrive. However, the primary focus would typically be on the role distinction between selling and growing plants.
