The opening of a volcano, known as a vent, is formed when magma rises from the Earth's mantle through a conduit to the surface. As pressure builds, the magma forces its way through the Earth's crust, creating cracks or fractures that lead to the surface. The size and shape of the vent can vary depending on the type of volcano and the specific geological conditions.
islands ( Lava from volcano dries up and creates igneous rock forming islands) peninsulas( also lava builds up and creates igneous rock and main land builds up) Mountains ( lava builds up near an active volcano when ever volcano erupts more building up is caused until mountain is created) that's all I CAN think of. Don't blame me sorry hoped this helped though I did all the research I could

a cinder cone volcano is an explosive volcano that spews out ashes and cinders and bombs, it builds up into a tall cinder coned shaped mountain, hoped that helped!
A volcano builds a mountain as rock and ash from eruptions piles up. If that volcano starts out underwater, then the pile of material can eventually emerge above the surface as an island.
An opening in Earth's crust through which lava flows is called a volcano. When pressure from molten rock beneath the surface builds up, it can erupt through the volcano, releasing lava, ash, and gases into the surrounding area.
the magma(lava) builds up a mountain that soon becomes a volcano.and this is how it happansKelsey Grace Frazier
dome
Magma builds up in the mountain and starts to rumble. Then the rock at the bottom starts to push up causing the magma to go up and rise the temperature of it. As it nears the opening it becomes lava and turns into ash as it burns up.
