If you are referring to The 3rd Birthday then it came out 3/31/2011, but it is not Parasite Eve 3. Square Enix last said that if there will be lots of success from The 3rd Birthday then they might consider bringing the game to the home console (PS3). From what I know, The 3rd Birthday was amazing. Its also a spin-off meaning that Parasite Eve 3 does not continue from the ending of The 3rd Birthday, so if you know the ending of The 3rd Birthday don't be upset about what will happen in Parasite Eve 3 since absolutely nothing that happened in The 3rd Birthday will be in the timeline of the original Parasite Eve series. I have recently got into the series myself and am glad about The #rd Birthday not affecting Parasite Eve 3.
