It looks like there may have been one in 2009. I can't quite tell if the path of totality included or just missed Everest.
If you missed that one, you're in for a long wait. There will be an annular eclipse in February 2064 that should be visible from Everest. There's a total eclipse in June 2113 where the path of totality passes just south of Nepal; the eclipse will be visible from Everest, but it won't be total there. It looks like the one in May 2124 will just miss Everest (by less than 100 km). There will be another annular in 2158 and again ten years later in 2168. A total eclipse in 2169 will end a few hundred kilometers from Everest. 2229 will have yet another annular. I think on January 12, 2271 there will finally be a total eclipse where the path of totality passes directly over Everest, but it's hard to tell ... at the resolution of the maps I'm using, it might be another near miss. I'm pretty sure the one on March 18, 2360 will hit.
Since the chances are pretty slim that you'll live for more than 250 years, I think I'm going to stop looking there.
