Marie Curie did not invent the X-ray vehicle. X-rays were discovered by Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen in 1895. Marie Curie was a physicist and chemist who was known for her pioneering research on radioactivity.
Marie Curie's main goals were to study and understand materials with radioactive properties, especially the ones which she discovered, radium and polonium.
Helena Sklodowska (1866-1961) was the older sister of Marie Curie. Helena and Marie were the last two of the five Sklodowska children. Their older siblings are Zofia, Jozef, and Bronya. Helena married Stanislaw Szalay and had a daughter called Hanna.
Pitchblende is a radioactive mineral composed of the mineral uraniumite. It is one of the main mineral ores of uranium.
Marie Curie's main discovery was the identification of the elements polonium and radium, which led to the development of the theory of radioactivity. Her pioneering research paved the way for advancements in nuclear physics and medical treatments using radiation.

Marie Curie discovered radium and polonium and made huge inroads in the research of radioactivity and it's benefits. As a note of interest, both her and her husband Pierre's journals are still radioactive.
The Lydian's main contribution is that they invented the first coin.
She worked extensivly with extremely radiactive elements, especially uranium, without proper protection (which wasn't around then). Her papers are locked up because of they're still highly radioactive.
The eligibility criteria for applying to the Marie Curie Individual Fellowship program include having a doctoral degree or at least four years of full-time research experience, not having resided or carried out the main activity in the host country for more than 12 months in the past three years, and submitting a research proposal aligned with the program's objectives.
