At the present time (2011), there is no program underway to develop a manned
mission to Neptune, there is no research being done to advance the technology
that it would require, there is no planning being done for such a mission, there
is no funding for any research or planning with that purpose, there is no money
in the US space program's budget for any activity aimed toward planning or
developing such a mission, and at the moment, the US no longer has any ability
to launch people into space.
So at the present rate, it's liable to be a while.
The land on the planet Neptune is water. No. It isn't. There is no land on Neptune, all of hydrogen, helium, methane, and some hydrocarbons. No rock, no land. No surface, but gases. It is a gas giant.
no
It may be possible in the future, but today we are not able to travel that far.
Not yet. And there never will be a spacecraft landing on Neptune. The reason being, because Neptune is a gas giant, it has no solid surface for a spacecraft to land on. Neptune is also freezing cold. Electronic equipment such as a spacecraft would freeze up and malfunction in its atmosphere and most likely end up being consumed by the exposed molten ammonia core.
What do you mean with "land mass"? Neptune doesn't have continents like Earth. It is a gas giant - made up mainly of gas.
There are no cities on Neptune because there is no land to build them on and not people to build them.
There is no land on Neptune. Neptune is a gas giant, which means it is composed entirely of gasses and has no solid surface.
Why is Neptune blue? Neptune
No. Neptune is a gas giant, it has no land or surface.
No. Neptune is a gas planet.

No. Neptune is a gas giant. It has no solid surface and thus no land.
Neptune has no solid surface to land on although it may have a small rocky core.
No, Neptune is entirely gaseous and there is no land on it that would slide.
about NEVER
because people might not know anything so they could find out why the gass is so bad and why people can't land on it!
