Every cell has a a cell membrane and only water, oxygen, and CO2 can pass through it. The protein doorways help bring in large molecules. Waste products get sent out by the vesicles (which have there own membrane). Cells have organelles which are tiny organs in the cells. So basically the cell products are protected by the cell membrane which is made of layers of linked molecules.

Cell products are modified and packaged for transport in the Golgi apparatus within the cell. The Golgi apparatus receives proteins and other materials from the endoplasmic reticulum, modifies them, and then packages them into vesicles for transport to various destinations within and outside the cell.
Lipid parts of the cell membrane are assembled in the endoplasmic reticulum, while proteins for export are synthesized in the rough endoplasmic reticulum. Once assembled, they are stored and modified in the Golgi apparatus before being transported to their final destination within or outside the cell.
In a cell, water is stored in vacuoles, waste products are removed through the cell membrane by exocytosis or transported to lysosomes for breakdown, food molecules are stored in organelles like chloroplasts or mitochondria for energy production, and other cellular materials are stored in various organelles based on their function, such as proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum or lipids in the cell membrane.
Food is stored in the form of starch in the plant cell's vacuole, while water is stored in the central vacuole to maintain turgor pressure. Waste products can be stored in vacuoles or transported out of the cell through vesicles for excretion.

Inclusions are accumulated cell products that are not enclosed in a membrane. They can include stored nutrients, pigments, and waste products within the cytoplasm of a cell.

The vacuole of a cell stores water, nutrients, and waste products. It helps maintain the cell's shape and structure, and plays a role in regulating the cell's internal environment.
The Golgi is the cell's main "shipping and delivery system" for the cell. It distributes and ships products made by the cell. Fats and proteins are modified here. They are then either exported out of the cell or shipped to another part of the cell for use.
