Where can you find caves?

I assume you mean caves well decorated with stalagmites etc. They are in most limestone caving areas but if you want to visit them either take up caving properly - for both your safety and to learn to protect the caves you visit - or visit show-caves.

Yes, mines did intersect natural caves in places, but that's not the real answer. Normally everything you see in a natural cave is natural: calcite formations, sediment deposits, archaeological / palaeontological traces (including for the latter, fossils exposed in the limestone wall rock), certain types of wildlife; and of course the various morphologies of the cave passages themselves.

The last show how the passages formed, and their study allows the development of the cave to be deduced.

Caves are formed in different ways. In limestone, however, most caves are formed by ground water that seeps down into the rock. The slight acidity of rainwater will dissolve carbonate rocks by a chemical action, which over time will form underground caves, filled with air or water, in what is called "karst" topography. This landform also creates sinkholes when the overlying layers of rock and soil collapse.
