To directly help control global warming, activities such as transitioning to renewable energy sources (like solar, wind, and hydroelectric power), improving energy efficiency in buildings and transportation, and promoting reforestation and afforestation can be effective. Additionally, reducing reliance on fossil fuels by adopting electric vehicles and encouraging sustainable agricultural practices can significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions. Implementing policies that support carbon pricing and incentivizing businesses to adopt sustainable practices also play a crucial role in mitigating climate change.
due to all the factories in china it's one of the big causes of glabal warming

Our Planet Earth!!!Our Natural Satellite1 •Earth's natural satellites are like the moon. Earth has one natural satellite. Our Artificial Satellite2 •Artificial satellites are like radio stations and TV channels. Earth has more than any other planet.Gravity3 •Gravity is what holds you down on Earth and not just let you float in the air. Gravity depends on the atmosphere.Oceans4 •The ocean almost covers ¾ (75%) of the Earth.Environment5 Most of the Earth's land was full of trees and thousands of grasslands, but now there are mostly homes and businessesSize6 Earth's diameter (distance around the Earth) is 12,756.3 kmEarth's Past7 •Earth was full of dinosaurs and trees. Can you tell me how Earth has changed?Earth's Future8 •Earth, in time, will be horrible because trash will be all over the place. There might be hover crafts. Can you tell how it will change?Questions9 •How many natural satellites does Earth have? How many unnatural ones? What shape is Earth?Questions10 •What lived on Earth before us? No, Global warming is the earth getting hotter, it does not have diseases
because the gas out of our cars produce bad toxic fums

Global warming AND cooling are naturally occuring cycles in the earths history. The cause is dependent upon the amount of the suns energy that warms the ocean conveyor.Answer:Global warming is a result of the greenhouse effect. This is, in part, a natural process that collects heat in the Earth's atmosphere allowing it to be warmer than it would be as a ball of rock with no atmosphere. Presently in the news you read about global warming which is caused by a manmade increase in the greenhouse gas content of the atmosphere. These gases (carbon dioxide, methane and others) are at concentrations higher than those naturally present. This allows the Earth to become warmer than it naturally would in a quicker timeframe. This warmer atmosphere warms the oceans melting the ice in glaciers and the poles reducing the reflectivity of the Earth and releasing carbon dioxide from the permafrost. Both of these impacts further increase the rate at which heat is absorbed by the Earth causing further warming.
False, the whole point of enterprise resource planning is to maximise profit for the enterprise while minimise cost to the enterprise. One socialy responsible way of minumising cost to the organisation is to do so in a way which benefits glabal organisations
In order to break stone in Granite Cave of Pokemon Glabal Revolution, one of the player's pokemon must use the move Rock Smash. Rock Smash ability (TM08) is given to a player by a trainer where Usokki used to be, after visiting gym leader Akane. where can i find the trainer?
The Sun is the source of all of the Earth's energy (light, heat, etc), so it would be impossibl to survive without the sun. Firstly, there wouldn't be enough heat for the planet, and there'll be no light for plants so they will die out, and in turn, all animals will become extinct through the start of the glabal food chain being destroyed.
If you posted this because you think the world is going to end, its not. God said he will not flood or do harm to earth again like he did with Noah's ark. He said no one will know how they die, when they die, or when the world will end. People believe the world will end because the Mayan Calendar ends that day. I like to think that the Mayans got tired of writing and doing math.
The first answer here claimed "nothing, because it's a hoax." Or, to be more accurate, thousands of scientists around the world all agree that (a) the climate is changing, and (b) it's because of human activity. It's unanimous enough, with about 98% of the scientific community, all retesting and examining each others' results over and over throughout the last few decades in scientific journals, as well as the national science foundation of EVERY industrialized nation in the world, including the U.S. If someone is going to dispute it, they had better have a LOT of convincing data, that has been tested and confirmed by the rest of the scientific community. But no one does. Anyone who claims that the worldwide scientific community is in a conspiracy with the Democrats to "control everyone's lives" is mentally imbalanced, and you should be cautious around them. They should examine what it is they're really afraid of, or what they think would happen to them and America if they stopped denying math. To *actually* answer your question: 39% of energy usage in the U.S. goes toward buildings (more than any other kind of thing), and most of that to heating and cooling. If the temperature control is powered with something renewable, like solar panels on your roof, then it does not contribute to global warming at all. But since it isn't, it contributes quite a lot, through the carbon (etc.) output from the coal power plant near your house. You can reduce that in a lot of ways, like better windows (really big change from single-pane), better seals around windows and doors, better insulation in the attic (if you have one), keeping the temperature settings reasonable (no 60 degree summer afternoons, please), and otherwise being sensible and conscious of the effects of your daily decisions. Like, if you're baking cookies in July, it will take more power to cool your house that day. Not only do these efforts reduce the load on your local coal plant, and therefore the environment, but also saves you a bundle of money. I bought a big house near Phoenix several years ago and made some important changes, and my electric bill went from $300-400 down to about $200. That was nice.
Some endangered plants in the tundra include the Arctic Willow, Sabine's Gullseed, and the Pink Plumeplant. These plants are vulnerable to climate change, habitat destruction, and invasive species, leading to their decline in population. Conservation efforts are important to protect and preserve these plants in the fragile tundra ecosystem.
The traditional local supply chain compared to a global supply chain is a matter of scale. Though with scale comes complexity. In the local supply chain the systems, processes, cultures, products, descriptions and languages are the same. When scaled globally, we operate across multiple boundaries affecting governance, language, culture, currency, and systems (computer and physical). Compare this to the costs of production and distribution - global procurement enables enormous diversity of choice though adds to distribution costs. Further manufacturers can tap into lower priced labour and raw materials to offset additional transport costs. Though global supply chains have been around for millenia: Marco Polo operated a global supply chain!
