If by natural we understand "that comes originally from nature" then everything on this planet comes from nature to some degree, starting with the inspiration. If by natural we understand the opposite of synthetic then reconstitued oils are not natural. Reconstitued oils are made from isolates. Isolates are aromatic compounds isolated from natural essential oils through synthesis. At that point, we have a synthetic compound. We cannot find that coumpound by itself in nature. Many different "isolates" (synthetic compounds) are mixed together to create reconstitued oils. These reconstitued oils are sometimes mixed with natural essential oils to obtain a more complex and true scent. The term "nature identical" chemical is also in vogue these days and used instead of "isolates" or "reconstitued oils".
