Living under the tower is more dangerous. When a technician is working on the tower

shelters and cabinets on the ground below it, I think you can relax. You're exposed

to less radiation standing on the ground under a cell-tower than you are when you're

standing in your kitchen waiting for the popcorn to pop in the microwave [oven].
