both you would die almost instantly but you could live a little longer without your respiratory system because without blood pumping to the brain it would shut down very quickly.

What systems are involved with breathing?

The respiratory system has primary responsibility for breathing, but it could not accomplish this function without the skeletal, muscular, nervous, and circulatory systems.

Which two systems carry oxygen from outside of your body to the cells of your body?

i don't really know and i could honesty care less! and by the way i wont to rap u in bed

What organ system could be shut down for the longest period of time without causing harm?

The skeletal system could potentially be shut down for longer periods without causing immediate harm as its functions are mainly structural and supportive. Other organ systems, such as the respiratory or circulatory system, would cause harm more rapidly if shut down.

What organ system reacts to stimuli?

The respiratory system is responsible for bringing gases into and out of the body. It could not perform this exchange, however, without the circulatory system.

Could you survive without any of your organ system Why or why not?

No, you cannot survive without any of your organ systems, as each system plays a vital role in maintaining homeostasis and overall bodily function. For instance, the circulatory system transports nutrients and oxygen, while the respiratory system enables gas exchange. Without these systems, essential processes like metabolism and waste removal would fail, leading to rapid deterioration and death. Each organ system is interdependent, highlighting the necessity of their collective function for survival.

How does the presence of the malfunction might affect routine measurements and observation of the circulatory system and the respiratory system?

the routine measurements that could be taken to monitor the functioning of asthma is peak flow measurement.

What parts of the system could you identify?

circulatory system

How does the respiratory system work together with the circulatory system and muscular system?

The circulatory system carries the oxygen full/lacking blood to and from the lungs. The muscular system makes the lungs expand and contract so the air can flow in and out of the lungs and out the capillaries.

What system would shut down first if the Respiratory system shut down?

Probably the circulatory system because the heart would start pumping unfiltered blood(blood that has no oxygen) and then the brain wouldn't get the oxygen it needed and you could die.

Could you survive without parts of circulatory system?

no

How is the respiratory system more important than digestive system?

Firstly, the circulatory system is a double pump. It pumps blood to and back from the body and the lungs. After gas exchange occurs in the lungs between the alveoli and the capillary net the circulatory system pumps blood to the the body where the oxygen received from gas exchange is used in respiration and the product of respiration, carbon dioxide gets transported back to the lungs by the heart for excretion from the body. So the circulatory system aids the respiratory system by transferring the needed substances to the cells for respiration. Without the circulatory system their could be no respiration occurring in the respiratory system.

How does the Diaphragm work in the circulatory system?

In the circulatory system, when the body aquires oxygen diffusion takes place. In the capillaries, oxygen diffuses into the bloodstream, while carbon dioxide diffuses out. Without diffusion could not aquire for oxygen to got to the heart and circulate through out the body.

What system transports materials to and from the body's cells?

The most obvious answer would be the Circulatory system; however, the Lymph system also transports material throughout the body, it could be compared to the sewer system in a city. If this is for homework though, the right answer would most assuredly be Circulatory system.
